Here at the General Store Cafe we take pride in the quality of the food we serve. For the chile' sauces we use in our Southwestern dishes we use​ only sun dried red Sandia and Big Jim green chiles sourced from the adjacent  Hatch Valley. The meat used for each and every burger is a select grind of locally sourced beef created by our butcher only for us. We guarantee the burger or Southwestern dish delivered to your table is the best one you could have ordered.

Our menu features a number of traditional southwestern New Mexico dishes. While there are differences between different locales in southwestern New Mexico our approach is simple is better and we want the quality of our ingredients to shine. Our food in this area is heavily influenced by the food of Northern Mexico.
